MY XUAN A INDUSTRIAL PARK
My Xuan A Industrial Park (IP) is a project of the Urban and Industrial Park Investment and Development Corporation (Ministry of Construction) and operates under the management of Ba Ria-Vung Tau Industrial Zone Authority.

1. LOCATION
Located north of the Phu My new town in My Xuan Commune, Tan Thanh District, Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province and on the HCM City Bien Hoa-Vung Tau route, My Xuan A IP has advantages in waterway and overland transport:
- 55 km from HCM City, 35 km from Vung Tau, and 40 km from Bien Hoa
- 2 km from Go Dan Port and 6 km from Phu My Airport
- In front of the industrial park is National Highway 51
In the Saigon-Vung Tau railroad project, a port and a low pressure gas pipline will be built to serve the industrial park. Planned area: 122.6 ha.
2. INFRASTRUCTURE a) Transport and communication
Inbound roads are asphalted and meet international standards. The main roads are 25m wide, and branch roads are 12 15 m wide. They can accommodate trucks of up to 30 tons.
My Xuan A Post Office in the industrial park has a 200 line telephone exchange. Ba RiaVung Tau Post Office guarantees a full supply of telecom services for the tenants.
b) Utilities
Power supply: Electricity for factories is supplied by a 110/ 22kV-40MVA power station with 22kV lines, which is connected with the 110 kV national power grid.
Water supply: Water is supplied by Ba Ria-Vung Tau Water Supply Plant with a capacity of 3,000 m3 per day. The water pressure is 2-2.5 kg/cm3.
Rain water drainage and waste water treatment: Waste water is treated to meet environmental protection standards before being released into the Thi Vai River .
A fire fighting station was billt for the industrial park.

6. INVESTMENT INCENTIVES AND SUPPORT SERVICES
a) Investment incentives:
According to Decree 51/CP, depending on the investment form, investors in My Xuan A IP can enjoy the following incentives:
- Tax rate reduction
- Corporate income tax reduction or exemption
- Personal income tax reduction or exemption
- Import tax exemption
b) Supply services:
Investment and construction consulting; project design and construction; labor supply for production and other demands. 7. INVESTMENT ATTRACTION
To date, My Xuan A IP has licensed 11 investment projects leasing 27.88% of its industrial land. The majority of these projects are local invested and involved in the production of construction materials, food processing, etc.
