1. LOCATION
Being situated in Thuan An District, Binh Duong Province, in the southern focal economic zone (HCM City, Binh Duong, Dong Nat, and Ba Ria-Vung Tau):
- 12km from central HCM City.
- 10 km from Tan Son Nhat Airport .
- 10 km from Saigon New Port
- 16km from Ben Nghe Port.

2km from Song Than Railway Station (the main railway station for transportation of goods in the South).
- Having a planned area of 122.51m, including 84ha for industrial land (for premises), 7.5ha for warehouses, 15ha for roads, 5.8ha for public works and 6ha for trees.

A system of underground telephone cables has been installed outside the fence of each plot of land. They will be ready for use when being connected with the telephone exchange.
c) Utilities
- Power supply: The medium voltage power network uses electricity from the national power grid. Price: USSO.075/kWh (VAT included)
- Water supply: Water is supplied by Binh During Water Supply Company. Installation of the pipeline has been completed.

A system of underground sewers for draining rain water. The industrial park has a waste water treatment plant with a capacity of 2,000 cubic meters per day. Waste water treatment fee: US$0.25/cubic meter.

Ready-built premises for rent with an area of 1,500-3,000 square meters. Office and factory complexes, with an area of 5,000-10,000 square meters, have plenty of facilities for production and trading such as concrete yards, garages, security houses, etc.
3. LAND RENT AND OTHER FEES (VAT INCLUDED)
a) Method 1
- Full paid land rent is US$30/sq. meter/ project term
- The fee for maintaining the infrastructure outside the fence of factories is US$0.15/ sq. meter/year
b) Method 2
- Full paid infrastructure fee is US$20/sq. meter/project term
- Annually paid land rent is US$1/sq. meter/year
- The fee for maintaining the infrastructure outside the fence of factories is US % 15/ sq. meter/year
4. INVESTMENT ATTRACTION
To date, Dong An Industrial Park has leased more than 90% of the industrial land to 64 local and foreign businesses (60% of them are foreign-owned). Fifty-nine projects are in operation in the fields of producing shoes for export, processing wood for export, and producing plastics, paint, cosmetics, molds, etc.
