1. LOCATION
Located in Thong Nhat District, Dong Nai Province, 15km northeast of central Bien Hoa City, and 1 km from the junction of National Highway 1 A and Provincial Road 767, Song May Industrial Park has the following advantages in transport:
- Roadway: 45km from central HCM City.
- Waterway: 35km from Saigon Port, 60km from Go Dau Port, and 100km from Thi Vai Port (Ba Ria-VungTau).
- By air: 55km from Tan Son Nhat Airport and 15km from Bien Hoa Airport.
- Railway: 15km from Bien Hoa Railway Station.
Project scale: 226.9ha, including l00ha for the first phase and 126.9ha for the second phase.
2. INFRASTRUCTURE
a) Transport
Internal transport: asphalted roads are 8-12m wide and can receive vehicles with a capacity of 30 tons
External transport: Provincial Road 767 is 35m wide.
b) Communication
A telephone network with 500 lines installed and managed by Dong Nai Post Office.
c) Utilities
Power supply: Electricity is supplied to the fence of each plot of land by Thong Nhat Power Station with a capacity of 61.281KVA, by the 22kV line connected with the national power grid
Water supply: a water plant with a capacity of 10,000 cubic meters per day.
Waste water treatment: a system to collect waste water from each business and transport it to the industrial park's common waste water treatment station.
3. LAND RENT AND OTHER FEES (VAT INCLUDED)
a) Land rent:
First five years: USD 1.54/sq. meter, one-time payment
From the sixth year: USD 1.10/sq. meter/year, paid annually
b) Power price:
USD 0.07/kWh
c) Water price:
USD 0.3/cu. meter
d) Waste water treatment fee:
USD 0.28/cu. meter.
4. INVESTMENT INCENTIVES
Apart from incentives as regulated by law, the overseas profit remittance tax will be lower than the tax outside the industrial park. It is as follows:

5. INVESTMENT ATTRACTION
To date, Song May Industrial Park has licensed 22 investment projects. Of these, one comes from Vietnam, and the others from Taiwan, France, South Korea, and the United States. These projects specialize in producing shoes, veterinary medicines, paint, detergent, and electronic components.
