Room Rates

1. Terms of Booking
1. Children under 12 stay free of charge when sharing a room with parents. If an extra bed is required this will be charged as an extra at the hotel.
2. Upon confirmation of booking cost for one night stay (if stay one night) or 50% of total cost (if stay two nights up) will be charged as the deposit.
3. The balance will be payable by cash or credit card at PINK LOTUS TRAVEL office ( AccessVietnam Partner) upon arrival.
4. In the event that the room your requested is not available you will be offered an alternative or a full refund.
5. In the event of cancellation 3 days or more before arrival 50% of the first night will be charged.
6. In the event of cancellation less than 3 days before arrival one nights stay will be charged.
7. In the event of cancellation on or after arrival date NO REFUND will be given.
8. The Total Amount shown above includes Service Charge and Government Tax.
